Jan 15-16: Activities to Commemorate the Birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Sunday, January 15th, the Martin Luther King, Jr. Senior Men’s Club is sponsoring a community luncheon at the MLK Jr. Recreation Center at 1522 Linden Avenue SB. The speaker at the luncheon is Dr. Kenneth Spells, SBCSC Superintendent of Schools. The program begins at 2 pm and there is no cost for the luncheon.
Monday, January 16th, Martin Luther King Jr. Day activities at the Century Center, with a noon March from the County-City Building and an evening concert at the Morris Performing Arts Center.
